At the Geneva motor show - Range Rover Evoque
20 February 2014
With the Autobiography Dynamic variant the British are launching a particularly sporty version of the Evoque. The greater dynamism certainly comes from the two-litre four-cylinder petrol turbo engine, boosted by a further 45 hp and 60 Nm, which, in order to be able to make optimal use of its 285 hp and 400 Nm of torque, has also been fitted with a nine-speed automatic transmission.
Range Rover Evoque with a dynamic look
The steering has become more direct, the suspension geometry has been changed and the adaptive dampers have been retuned. The front brake discs are now 350 mm, and ESP is combined as standard with Torque Vectoring.
Of course the look of the Range Rover Evoque has also been updated – the Evoque Autobiography Dynamic has acquired a new radiator grille, a modified front bumper, new headlights and rear lights, and 20-inch forged aluminium wheels. To all this we should add the new special paint finish and the Autobiography Dynamic badge on the wings and the tailgate.
The leather interior comes in various colour ranges, with Autobiography Dynamic badges and illuminated door trim. The multimedia system has been supplemented with new applications.
