Tyre Delivery – Prices, Times and Terms

We deliver tyres anywhere in Bulgaria via Speedy courier — to your address or to a Speedy office of your choice. Below you will find the prices, delivery times and everything you need to know about receiving your order.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery of tyres for passenger cars, vans and 4x4 vehicles costs €5.50 / BGN 10.76 incl. VAT per tyre — the same price anywhere in the country.

How long does delivery take?

We usually deliver within 1 business day after your order is confirmed and dispatched. For remote locations and around public holidays, delivery may take 2–3 business days.

• Weekdays: delivery between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: delivery between 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

The exact time of delivery depends on the courier’s schedule and cannot be guaranteed in advance. The courier will contact you on the phone number you provided.

How is my order delivered?

We ship tyres via the courier company Speedy AD. At checkout you can choose:

• Delivery to your address — the courier brings the tyres to the address you specify;
• Delivery to a Speedy office — collect your parcel from a convenient office at a time that suits you.

Using the waybill number, you can track your shipment in real time on the Speedy website.

Check your shipment on receipt

Please inspect the tyres in the presence of the courier before paying: check that the model, size and quantity match your order and that there is no visible transport damage. If you notice a discrepancy, refuse the shipment and contact us — we will resolve the issue immediately.

Payment and documents

With cash on delivery, you pay the courier upon receipt. The waybill with declared value serves as proof of purchase.

The invoice we issue is valid without a signature or stamp, in accordance with EU legislation (Directive 2006/112/EC).

Frequently asked questions about delivery

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Yes, Speedy also delivers on Saturdays between 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

What if I am not at the address?

The courier will contact you and either attempt a second delivery or leave the parcel at the nearest Speedy office. Please provide a valid phone number and an accurate address — an incomplete or incorrect address will delay your delivery.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you receive a waybill number which you can use to track the shipment on the Speedy website.
