Terms And Conditions

The following Terms and conditions define the methods of deal via webshop of Medina Med Ltd. (www.medina-med.com). They also show rights and obligations of the clients and webshop and all the procedures by returns or claims. Making and sending order from the client is equally to the agreement with these Terms. By filling in a delivery request as the Client and sending it, you declare that you agree with these general terms and conditions and that you agree to your personal data to be processed on a contractual basis - for the purposes of each specific order, except if you have not given your voluntary and informed consent within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, for their processing for other explicitly stated lawful purposes.

§1. Parties to the deal

1.1. Order on the Online shop can be done from any private person over 18 years, who has a permanent address or sojourn on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria, as any legal entity or organization which has legal rights and headquarters in Bulgaria. They will be called further "Client".

1.2. The other party is the company - Medina Med Ltd, Bulgaria, 6000 Stara Zagora, str. Hrishtensko shose 8, registered with the Bulgarian Registry Agency with ID 123737210 and VAT number BG123737210. It will be called further "Online shop" or "www.medina-med.com".

§2. Definitions

•  Product shall mean any good or service, including real estates, digital service and digital content, and rights and obligations;
• Online trading place means a service through a software, including a website, part of a website or an application operated by or on behalf of the trader, enables users to enter into distance contracts with other traders or users;
• Website is a specific area in the global web, accessible via its unified address (URL) by protocol HTTP, HTTPS or other standardized protocol, which contains files, programms, text, sound, images, pictures and other materials;
• Shop - Online shop, with URL address www.medina-med.com, property of Medina Med Ltd., which offers products found on its pages or by search in Internet;
• Subject who manage the Online shop - Medina Med Ltd, which is the owner of www.medina-med.com;
• Producer - any private person or legal entity which by profession produces goods. In this Online shop meaning of producer is about any car tyres producer, for example Michelin, Continental, Goodyear, Bridgestone and their subbrands;
• Client - any private person over 18 years or legal entity who makes purchases in the Online shop;
• Consumer is any natural person on a legal age of 18 and who acquires goods or uses services that are not intended for commercial or professional activity;
• Sales contract means any contract under which the trader transfers or undertakes to transfer ownership of goods to the consumer, including any contract the subject of which are both goods and services;
• Service contract means any contract, other than a sales contract, under which the trader provides or undertakes to provide the consumer with a service, including a digital service;
• Sell price - end price for one piece of other defined quantity of goods or serivce, which includes VAT and any other additional taxes;
• Stock - all goods listed in the Online shop are available on stock, unless something else is not mentioned for some of the products;
• Working days - all days in the week, without the statutory holidays;
• Time limit for order execution - time when the Online shop prepare the order and gives it to the courier for a shippment, by choosen from the Client way of delivery;
  
• Delivery time - time for delivery of the goods to the Client, usually via courier company. The period of delivery depends on choosen from the Client way of delivery;
  
• Bank transfer - payment made by the Client from his bank account to the Online shop bank account
• Personal data - any information relating to an identified natural person or an identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is an identifiable person, directly or indirectly, in particular by an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier or by one or more attributes;
• Processing - any operation or set of operations carried out with personal data or a set of personal data by automatic or other means such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing by transmission, distribution or another way in which the data becomes accessible, arranging or combining, restricting, deleting or destroying;
• Restriction of processing - marking of stored personal data in order to limit their processing in the future;
• Profiling - any form of automated processing of personal data, expressed in the use of personal data to assess certain personal aspects related to an individual, and in particular to analyze or forecast aspects related to the performance of his contractual relationship and preferences;
• Pseudonymisation - the processing of personal data in such a way that personal data can no longer be linked to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that it is stored separately and is subject to technical and organizational measures in order to ensure that personal data do not relate to an identified natural person or an identifiable natural person;
• Register of personal data - any structured set of personal data accessed according to certain criteria, regardless of whether it is centralized, decentralized or distributed according to a functional or geographical principle;
• Administrator - legal entity Medina Med Ltd., which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means for the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union law or the law of a Member State, the controller or the specific criteria for determining it may be laid down in a legal provision;
• Personal data processor - a natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the controller;
• Recipient - a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other entity to which personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not. At the same time, public authorities which may receive personal data in the context of a specific investigation in accordance with Union law or the law of a Member State shall not be considered as "recipients"; the processing of such data by those public authorities complies with the applicable data protection rules in accordance with the purposes of the processing;
• Third party - a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body other than the data subject, the controller, the processor and the persons who, under the direct supervision of the controller or the processor, have the right to process the personal data;
• Consent of the data subject - any freely expressed, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the will of the data subject, by means of a statement or clearly confirming action expressing his consent to the processing of personal data relating to him;
• Violation of the security of personal data - a breach of security that results in accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access to personal data that is transmitted, stored or otherwise processed;
• Mandatory company rules - data protection policies followed by a controller or processor established in the territory of a Member State when transferring or a combination of transfers of personal data to a controller or processor in one or more third countries in within a group of undertakings or a group of companies participating in a joint business;
• Supervisory Authority in relation to personal data - Commission for Personal Data Protection;

 

§3. Offer

3.1. All the tyres listed in www.medina-med.com are new, not older than 36 months from the producing date, unless Client hasn't been informed for something else (promotions, selling off etc.);

3.2. All goods offered in the Online shop are brand new, free from physical and legal defects and with full guarantee from the producer for 24 months;

3.3. According the most tyre producers, for brand new tyres are accepted unused and not older than 60 months tyres. Beacuse of the needs of the clients and frame of the market the Online shop reduced this period till 36 months;

3.4. In some specific cases when this is explicitly noted in the name and description of the product, on subpage "Selling off" or other specific place in the Online shop, we can offer tyres older than 36 months;

3.5. Any information related to the goods - newssheets, brochures and other info and advertising materials, and also all information from the webpages of the Online shop is NOT an a offer by the meaning of the law, but only an invitation for negotiations;

3.6. The price list on the webpages in the Online shop does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Obligations and Contracts Act, but only an invitation for negotiations (article 13, paragraph 1 from OCA).

§4. Prices of the products

4.1. All prices published on the pages of the Medina Med OOD website are indicated in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and include VAT at the rate of 20% according to Bulgarian legislation (prices are gross).

4.2. The final price indicated on the product is valid at the time of submission of the purchase request by the Customer, as the final prices of tires for passenger cars, 4x4s and light trucks already include a discount from the *tariff price when buying online.

4.3. The customer pays the shipping costs, the exact amount being automatically calculated by the system when the order is created.

* Tariff price – is the one indicated in the main price list of the seller Medina Med OOD, on the basis of which all types of discounts, promotions and seasonal campaigns are formed.

* Promotion DOT- Price reduction of products from the tariff price, according to the DOT code of the tire. The DOT code is a tire designation that contains specific information about the production of that tire, where and when it was manufactured. For the end customer, the most important information from the DOT code is the year of manufacture. These are four numbers, usually surrounded by an oval, but not necessarily. The first two indicate the week of production, and the next two indicate the year. For example, a tire with DOT NEDV JA2R 4916 was manufactured in the 49th week of 2016. (IMPORTANT! The year of manufacture is not related to the aging of the tire, nor to its expiration date).

* Commercial discount - by virtue of an agreement or written contract with corporate clients and business partners and subject to compliance with the conditions stipulated therein, Medina Med Ltd. provides an additional commercial discount from the specified tariff price to employees, cardholders and other eligible persons.

IMPORTANT! The specified price advantages (promotions, promo prices, discounts and reductions of any kind) cannot be combined with each other, as well as with other discounts, promotions or price reductions. The most favorable price for the customer applies.

* Promotion - Price reduction of products from the tariff price due to out-of-production tires - discontinued by the manufacturer and/or tires with a DOT code equal to and/or older than 2018

§5. Orders

5.1. Online shop of Medina Med Ltd. can accept orders in three ways: wia the webpage with URL www.medina-med.com, via email or by phone. In the winter season (September, October, November and December) phone orders are not allowed because the operators are overloaded.

5.1.1. Orders in the Online shop could be make 24/7. You should fill an valid email address and phone number for contact. Also the method of payment and delivery address should be added to the order.

There are few mandatory steps to make one order on the webpage of Medina Med:

1. 1. choosing products from the list of the webpage;
   2. putting choosen products in the shopping cart;
   3. filling the invoice and delivery data (name, address, phone, email) and possibility for a registration on the website (not obligatory);
   4. choosing the payment method;
   5. final screen with summary of all your previous steps, where with clicking the button "Confirm order" you finalize your order.

As a response, the Online shop will send you automatically by email a copy of your order. This have to be a confirmation that your order is successfully made and you'll receive a number of the order. After that in 48h period the Online shop will contact you via email or phone in purpose to:

• confirmation of the order's acceptation - in this case the contract of sale shall be concluded on the day of confirmation,
• rejection of order's acceptaiton - in this case no contract is reached,
• offer for a change of the order details, counter proposal - in this case to be contract concluded is necessary a confirmation from the Client to this new counter proposal.

 

In the winter and summer seasons (months when search of tyres is increased) delivery terms could be changed. In spite of all for the Client this term not get over than 5 work days.

5.1.2. Client could make a phone order, but only out of the winter season (Septermber, October, November, December) when operators are overloaded. He should provide a correct data about his order (name, address, email, phone) if he wants his order to be successful made.

5.1.3. Client also could make an order via email on email address eshop@medina-med.com. Such an order must contain the name and surname of the ordering party, his contact details (e-mail and telephone address), delivery address and name, quantity and price of the ordered goods, as well as freely expressed, specific, informed and unambiguous consent for the purposes and the term of processing of the provided personal data. In addition to the listed data, a tax number should be additionally submitted (this only applies to the purchase of goods by economic entities or natural persons practicing free professions and serves for the correct issuance of a VAT invoice). The order will be confirmed by us by e-mail or by phone.

5.2. With pushing the button "Confirm order" Client agrees with Terms and Conditions from that same day. Also Client agrees Online shop to use his personal data to realize the order , as for marketing and advertising goals and feedbacks.

5.3. In case some of the tyres are lack on stock in the warehouse, and they should be ordered to the producer, such orders will have a delay depending on the delivery time from the producer to the warehouse. In such case Clint will be informed and this will be done only after his confirmation.

5.4. Orders entered in the system of the Online shop are executing consistently. Executing depends on their system number. Thats why we encourage you to make your orders via the webpage, which guarantees you system number and faster execution of your order.

5.5. In case of promotions and selling off, when the goods are limited, that kind orders are executing again consistently till the depletion of the stock.

5.6. To any order as a proof for the deal we create an invoice and guarantee card.

§6. Return

6.1. Withdraw right

Any customer has rights of withdraw about purchased goods and according the Law of Consumer Protection, article 50 he can return the goods in 14 days period after he receive them.

Client should cover the back transport costs. Price of the back transport with Speedy AD is an amount of 6.60 lv (incl. VAT) for 1 piece of tyre for Passenger, 4x4/SUV and Van tyres!

To use your withdraw rights you should fill up this form before 14 days period to be over and to send it on:

You can return all package or only part of it. There is no need to declare the reason of the return, but we'll ask you to do it with few words in purpose of improving our service quality.

For your facility’s sake we'll arange the pickup of the returned goods. Refund of the amount for the returned goods you'll receive till 14 days of receiving the goods in our warehouse. Money will be refunded by the bank account you have to be written in the return form*.

* Note: When the payment is made with a bank card at a virtual POS terminal, if it is necessary to return the amounts paid under the order, this will be done by the Store through a credit transaction on the card with which the payment was made. With this type of payment, other ways of refunding funds are not allowed (for example in cash or by account)!

There are two exceptions, when the Withdraws right is not acceptable:

• when these are goods, delivered by specific requirements of the client. This includes all orders, made for individual inquiries of the clients, where small quantities (2 or 4pcs) are ordered directly to the producer and for them was organized special transport
• when customer is legal entity, i.e. he's not a consumer by article 13, paragraph 1 from the Law on Consumer Protection.

 

6.2. Withdraw effect

When a return is started all goods and payments should be refunded and recovered. If goods cannot be returned fully or partially, or they are in bad condition, then should be considered a compensation for that. To avoid a compensation procedure, you should abstain from using the goods, or acts which can reduce their value.

§7. Changes in the orders

7.1. Customer has rights to make changes in the order details up to 2 hours after the accept and execute confirmation from an operator on the website. If the changes are announced after this term, all the costs by returning of the first ordered goods and sending back the new ones will be paid by the Customer.

If a change is necessary, please contact with our employee via the contact form on the webpage, by email on eshop@medina-med.com or by the phone, directly to an operator.

§8. Delivery price

8.1. The price of delivery for the purchased goods is an amount of 6.60 lv (incl. VAT) for 1 piece of tyre for Passenger, 4x4/SUV and Van tyres. It's valid on the whole territory of the country.

§9. Payment methods

9.1. Payment of the goods could be done from the client by several ways.

9.1.1. Before handing over the goods:

• Bank transfer: after an order with payment method Bank transfer client will receive an email with a created pro-forma invoice. In this case the webshop should wait to see the transfer in his bank account first and then to start executing the order, which could increase the executing time
• Debit or Credit card:  In this case when you finish your order, you will be redirected to the webpage of Borika for making the payment. In case you are using 3-D Security for secure online payments - please follow the instruction on the page for successful payment
• Payment method - leasing with "PB Personal Finances": In this type of payment you'll be contacted by an employee from PB Personal Finances, to discuss with you your leasing request. If the request is accepted you should sign a contract with PB Personal Finances (sent and returned by a courier). When the contract is signed, PB Personal Finances will notify the webshop and order will be executed.
• Payment method - leasing with "Unicredit Consumer Financing"

 

9.1.2. On the moment of hanging over the goods:

• Pay on delivery:  In this payment method customer pays on the courier, when he visits him with the goods. A proof for made payment is the signed from the client waybill, created by the courier.

 

9.2. In cases when client is searching an unusual goods, or goods with special delivery, the webshop can demand a prepayment from the client in amount of 30% from the price, with created pro-forma invoice.

Example: When the webshop orders specific tyres, which are not available in the company's warehouses directly from the producer, client should prepay 30% in advance this order to be started.

9.3. The webshop could negotiate some other specific conditions and payment methods.

§10. Delivery

10.1. Purchased goods are delivered to the client with a courier company - Speedy AD.

10.2. Delivery time includes:

• preparation time - upload of tyres and preparation for the courier, awaiting transfer in case payment method is bank transfer, invoicing etc.
• delivery time - time from dispatching the order till delivery moment.

 

Delivery term written on the webpage is probable. The exact delivery term will be confirmed from the webshop's operator in his contacts with the client for confirmation of the order.

10.3. Courier declare delivery time of 1 working day for the territory of the country. In accidental cases, or deliveries to small and remote areas, as when they are holidays or weekends, the delivery time could be prolonged to 2-3 working days.

10.4. Speedy AD delivers parcels in working days between 9.30h and 18.00h. In Saturday working time is from 9.30h till 14.00h. The webshop cannot define or confirm an exact hour of the delivery, courier company send an text message in the day of delivery.

10.5. Before the visit the courier send a text message. In case the client is missing on the address courier should contact him to arrange a new delivery or about some other agreement.

10.6. It's not in courier's duty to deliver the parcels by high floors, especially for packages with weight more than 31kg. In these cases courier leaves the parcels next to the entrance door on the parter.

10.7. Before to pay the courier please check the parcel if it's unpacked, or is it the same as you ordered. Checking the package is a mandatory condition in case any claim appears about the wholeness and quantities of the packages during the transportation from the courier.

10.8. When you pay cash on the courier, a proof for your payment is the signed waybill which is attached to the package. The waybill is a proof for dealed contract between the webshop and client. The invoice will be send by email, or with the courier on a paper. According to DIRECTIVE 2006/112 / EU from 28.11.2006 related to the VAT, VAT invoice doesn't need to be signed or stamped.

Note: It's possible package and the invoice to be delivered as a different parcels. If you not receive both on the same day, please contact the operator of the webshop on email address eshop@medina-med.com of by phone on 0700 20 707 for additional information.

10.9. The webshop is not responsible for delivery's delay, caused of non-feasance of the contract by side of the courier company.

10.10. The Webshop is not responsible for the delays or unsuccessiful delivery because of wrong filled address from the Client

§11. Guarantee of the products and claims

11.1. Medina Med Ltd. is not a producer, but only merchant for the products. The guarantee represented here is from the producer and it is at his expense. The guarantee's term is 24 months from the purchase date.

11.2. Customers have rights to set a claim independant of this guarantee according the Customer protected law, article 112-115.

11.3. Base of start a claim procedure is the proof of the purchase, which is the document - invoice. In case of a claim, customer should contact to the webshop via:

• contact form on the web page;
• email address: eshop@medina-med.com

 

After sending this info, customer should contact to an operator on the phone +359 700 20 707 to settle a visit from the courier, who will transport the claimed tyre/s to some of the warehouses of Medina Med Ltd.

11.4. Guarantee period is 24 months from the date of purchase, but not longer than moment when is visible the indicator for wearing out of the tread (TWI). This guarantee covers only fabric defects.

One side or part worn out tyre till value of TWI is accepted as completely worn out and cannot be claimed!

11.5. This guarantee doesn't cover defects, caused by:

• mechanical damage (pentration, cutting)
• irregular exploatation
• irregular mounting
• poor technical condition of the vehicle at all

 

11.6. The period for checking the claim is 30 days from the date when tyre had been picked up.

11.7. Claim will be accepted in any case it was found that there is a fabric defect occurred. In case of accepted claim customer will receive a new goods or financial compensation in the amount of price paid for the claimed goods.

11.8. Medina Med Ltd. is not responsible for any lost of time, or occurred inconveniences caused by the unusable vehicle, as any other damages in result of the claim procedure.

§12. Secure shopping

12.1. Security of the online shop

Medina Med web page uses 256-bit SSL certificate to provide the highest level of secure shopping for its customers.

12.2. The payment data is transmitted by Internet and thy are encrypted in the process of ordering. The web shop is secured the web page and its other systems with technical and organizational steps to prevent lost, destruction, access, editting or sharing of your data from unauthorized persons. In doubt for an access to your private information, please be careful and close your browswer when you finish your work. It's a recommended to logout from your profile, especially if you share the computer with other people.

§13. Personal data protection

13.1. Personal data which Customer use in the web shop are processed by Medina Med Ltd. Medina Med Ltd. is registered as a Personal Data Administrator in the Commission for Personal Data Protection with number 317670. (certificate - BG)

13.2. Making an order on the webshop Customer agrees his personal data to be used from the webshop in purpose of a performance of the contract. Customer's personal data is necessary to be order in the webshop executed. Customer is responsible for submitting false personal data.

13.3. Filled in the order personal data is used only for the performance of the contract.

13.4. Your personal data is not provided to third parties for marketing purposes.

13.5. If it's necessary, we can share your personal data with other companies, related to the order, for example to the courier. These companies can use your personal data only for executing of the order and not for any other purposes.

13.6. With your consent, we may use your email address or telephone number for up to two years from your last order to send you our newsletter and information about current promotions, which you can cancel at any time, including withdrawing earlier. consent by notifying us in the most convenient way for you, including exercising your right to be forgotten.

13.7. If it's necessary and only when you gave your expressly consent we can share your data with third parties, as courier companies or mobile operators, which can deliver you our newsletter or information about current promotions. These third parties can use your data only for a purpose to accomplish the campagn of Medina Med Ltd.

13.8. Your personal data is stored and protected in accordance with the principles laid down by the applicable legal regulations - Regulation (EU) 2016/679

13.9. Your personal data entrusted to us are processed for the purposes mentioned above, only under the guidance of two specialists - "information processing of data", bound by the obligation of professional secrecy.

13.10. The Administrator provides the Client with access to correction or deletion of personal data or restriction of the processing of personal data related to the data subject, including the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability.

13.12. Through a direct connection with a specialist - "data processing", the controller provides the Client with access to his personal data, including the category of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data are or will be disclosed, the envisaged period for which store personal data, the existence of the right to require the controller to correct or delete personal data or to restrict the processing of personal data, including, access to its reporting documents, regarding the purposes and methods for which they are used.

13.13. Medina Med Ltd. does not use automated decision making, including profiling.

§14. Site Cookies

14.1. Functional cookies

On different pages in our webshop we use "cookies". These are small text files which are stored on your computer. Most of the "cookies" we are using are deleted from your hard drive when you finish your session and close the browser(cookies per session). We also use these so called longterm "Cookies".

On the next visit in our webpage these cookies automatically will recognize you and what settings did you use before. Of course you can decline using "cookies" by specific settings on your browser, but in this case you will not be able to fully use all the features of this webpage.

14.2. Google Analytics

This webpage uses Google Analytics, function for web analysis of Google Inc. Google Analytics also uses these "cookies" (text files) stored on your computer to analyze the use of the site.

The information, created by the "cookie" for using this webpage usually is transmitted to the server of Google in Unated States and it's keep it there. In the event of IP-anonymity activation on this site, your IP address will be pre-restricted within the European Union Member States or other countries to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the complete IP address is transferred to a Google server in the United States and there it's limited. At the request of the owner of this webpage, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the site in order to compile reports on the activity of the site and the provision of other Web site and Internet related services to the owner of the website.

§15. Privacy policy

For the policy of confidentiality and maintenance of www.medina-med.com (hereinafter referred to as "Shop"), Medina Med Ltd. is responsible for: Republic of Bulgaria, Stara Zagora 6000, str. Hrishtensko shose 8, Registered with the Agency on the entries, having the identification number 123737210, with the tax number BG123737210 and hereafter referred to as the "Owner".

The owner collects and stores only the necessary data of the persons using the Internet pages of the Store ("Users"). At the same time, he takes care of the information about the Consumers not to become third parties. This is dictated by our desire for consumers to be confident that their personal data is protected while at the same time complying with legal regulations.

All employees of Medina Med OOD undertake not to distribute the information that has become known to them during the performance of their work obligations and concerning the Company's Clients.

Medina Med Ltd. provides the Shop Customers with full access to their personal data as well as the possibility of their modification or removal at any time.

The Store's Customer may at any time remove his account or refuse to receive e-mail information. In the administrative panel of the site, the client will find all the tools necessary to manage his / her profile and orders, including the opportunity to check the history of his orders and the related payments.

Registration at www.medina-med.com is limited to the submission of limited data and is free and voluntary. Filling in data is a matter of free will and meaningful choice of the User. Submission of incomplete or incorrect data may result in the failure to complete an order.

Data submitted during the registration process is processed only with the permission of the User. By filling out the data that is the basis for the execution of the order, the Buyer agrees to place their personal data in the Shop database and to process them on behalf of the Owner in order to execute the order, incl. to verify the data related to the order, as well as to inform about the stages of realization of the order as well as to send other information related to the Shop and its offer. The submission of personal data on the part of the Buyer is voluntary, but in case of refusal to provide this data, this may result in the failure to submit an order.

You can always refuse to receive newsletters via the www.medina-med.com  website or using contact with the company on email: security@medina-med.com 

By including you in our database, we are given the opportunity to do a marketing research that will visualize the needs of Customers, and this will result in a better positioning of the Store and its offers. And this, in turn, will increase the Competence and Awareness of the Shop Operator.

In case of a breach of security in the processing of personal data, the Owner provides free contact with a specialist - "information processing of data" by email: security@medina-med.com or other user-friendly way.

§16. Final provisions

16.1. All descriptions and product data on the pages of the Store correspond to the information provided by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for incorrectly submitting parameters and characteristics of the goods or their sudden change by the manufacturer. The shop reserves the right to make mistakes in the product description. The photos are exemplary and serve to present the models shown in them. It should be borne in mind that the shop only sells tires, and the rims are used only for the visualization of the goods. Medina Med Ltd. is not responsible for the photos and descriptions of the individual products.

16.2. The product descriptions and their photos are taken from the database owned by Medina Med Ltd. Any commercial use of product information extracted from the Medina Med Ltd. database is prohibited.

16.3. Medina Med Ltd. is not responsible for interruptions in the use of the Internet Store for technical reasons (service, review, replacement of equipment, etc.) or for other reasons beyond its control.

16.4. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the day of their publication on the pages of the Store at www.medina-med.com and shall be valid indefinitely.

16.5. Details of the above-mentioned activities related to the realization of the services in the Shop are described in the rest of the portal and constitute an integral part of the "Terms and Conditions".

16.6. Medina Med Ltd. reserves the right to change the present Terms and Conditions. Any changes will take effect from the date of their publication on the Store Pages. Orders submitted prior to the date of making changes to these Terms and Conditions are made on the basis of the records that were valid on the day the order was submitted.

16.7. For the cases not regulated by the present "General Terms and Conditions", the relevant provisions of the Bulgarian legislation and other laws and acts relevant to the operation and functioning of the Internet Store shall apply.

16.8. The CPC of the Republic of Bulgaria, with the exception of the United Nations Convention on Trade, applies to these "Terms and Conditions" as well as to all legal relations between Medina Med Ltd. and the Client.
